Eligible returns and exchanges
We accept mailed returns for defective and non-defective new merchandise, and we accept exchanges. A non-defective return may include a change of mind, personal preference, or an incorrect selection. Non-defective products must be new, unused, and in original condition with their packaging, tags, and included accessories.
30-day request period
Request the return or exchange within 30 days after delivery. Include the order number, checkout email, and reason. For a defect, damage, wrong item, or missing part, include clear photos or video of the item and packaging.
Return by mail
Returns are sent by mail after authorization. A free prepaid return label is included in the package. No restocking fee is charged. Exchange fulfillment depends on available inventory.
Refund timing
After the returned item is received, inspected, and approved, we process and initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. The bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
