Processing and transit

After successful payment authorization, physical orders are normally prepared in 1–2 business days. Once the parcel ships, estimated carrier transit is 4–6 business days. These timeframes are estimates and can be affected by weekends, holidays, weather, demand, address checks, security reviews, and carrier events.

Address and tracking

Provide an accurate delivery address, email, and phone number. We may pause fulfillment while missing or inconsistent information is checked. Tracking is shared when available, and the carrier may need time to post its first scan.

Delayed, lost, or damaged packages

For a delay or possible loss, send the order and tracking numbers. If tracking says delivered, check the delivery area and contact the carrier. Report transit damage promptly with clear photos or video of the product and packaging.
